Redo or repeat last PowerPoint action with keyboard shortcuts

New Features

You can use the F4 or Ctrl+Y PowerPoint shortcuts to redo or repeat the last action you performed. Standard PowerPoint has the redo and repeat feature. PPT Productivity has now added the redo / repeat ability for all of our PPT Productivity features as well.

To enable this feature, open the Configuration settings on the PPT Productivity ribbon.  Under Keyboard Shortcuts check the ‘Use F4 or Ctrl+Y to Redo/Repeat PPT Productivity commands’ check box. You now have a PowerPoint redo shortcut for all PPT Productivity features.

We hope you love this enhancement as much as we do!

November 2023 update: Note that PowerPoint have now also enabled the Alt + Enter shortcut in PowerPoint to redo last command. This shortcut is in addition to the F4 and Ctrl + Y shortcuts in PowerPoint.

This new feature came from a customer request.  If you have a great suggestion for a new or enhanced feature, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
