Want to redo or repeat your last action using keyboard shortcuts?

Want to redo or repeat your last action using keyboard shortcuts?

You can use the F4 or Ctrl+Y keyboard shortcuts to redo or repeat the last action you performed. Standard PowerPoint has the redo and repeat feature. PPT Productivity has now added the redo / repeat ability for all of our PPT Productivity features as well.

To enable this functionality, open the Configuration settings on the PPT Productivity ribbon.  Under Keyboard Shortcuts check the ‘Use F4 or Ctrl+Y to Redo/Repeat PPT Productivity commands’ check box.

We hope you love this enhancement as much as we do!

Already an existing Power Tools customer? You should have already received the update.  Otherwise, please select ‘check for updates’ on your PPT Productivity ribbon (some organizations have disabled automated updates for company laptops).

This new feature came from a customer request.  If you have a great suggestion for a new or enhanced feature, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
