The same height and same width buttons let you quickly align width and height to match any subsequently selected shapes to the first shape selected in PowerPoint to equalize shapes height or width. PPT Productivity has three feature buttons:

• Match height of first shape selected in PowerPoint

• Match width of first shape selected in PowerPoint

• Match height and width of first shape selected in PowerPoint

Easily resize multiple shapes or objects at the same time. The first shape selected will determine the height and or width to be matched. You can also make images the same size in PowerPoint using this feature.

The Same height, Same width and Same Height+Width features are part of the Resize group on the Format Toolbar.

PPT Productivity's Copy Position, Size and Paste Position, Size features for PowerPoint are a dynamic time saving duo! Quickly position a shape in the same place across PowerPoint slides by setting the position, size (and column sizes for tables) of a selected shape or table.

Trying to work out how to copy position in PowerPoint? PPT Productivity can help! Copy Shape Position in PowerPoint remembers the preferred location or size so that you can apply it to another shape. Paste Shape Position in PowerPoint applies that location or size to each shape to be adjusted. Together these features put shapes or objects in the same position across multiple PowerPoint slides. Easily align objects on different slides.

The Copy/ paste position, size for PowerPoint features are included in the Position feature group on the Format Toolbar. You can also use Copy, Paste position size feature to copy the position of an object or image on a slide, delete the object and insert a new object then paste the new object to the same position as the original (to paste in place of the original object). Great if you need to update images in your presentation.

Feb 2024 enhancement: The Copy, Paste Position and Size feature now preserves any PowerPoint shape rotation when applying position to the target shape (if the source or target shapes have been rotated on your PowerPoint slide).

The Resize features let you incrementally resize one or more shapes on your PowerPoint slide, to make shapes, objects, text, icons or images larger or smaller.

PPT Productivity has three resize features for PowerPoint:

• Resize 110%: Scale selected shapes to enlarge by 10%
• Resize 90%: Scale selected shapes to shrink by 10%
• Custom scale: enter a value to specify the rescale amount

Continued pressing of the scale up or scale down buttons will progressively resize selected shapes, objects or images on your PowerPoint slide.

The Resize features also support resizing of objects across multiple slides. When you select multiple PowerPoint slides then click a resize feature, all objects on each selected slide will be resized. Note that when you are selecting by slide the features resize objects only - text is not resized when selecting multiple slides, but can be resized on specific slides by selecting the textboxes.

PPT Productivity's Multiply Shapes in PowerPoint feature lets you how to duplicate a shape in powerpoint into multiple shapes.

You can specify how many copies of the shape to add - shapes will be inserted to your PowerPoint slide in multiple rows and columns. For example, add a person icon to your PowerPoint slide then multiply it to 10 or 100 people, to represent data sets. If you have text in the selected shape you will be prompted to select to either include or exclude it when multiplying the shapes.

PPT Productivity's stretch shapes in PowerPoint features let you stretch selected shapes on your PowerPoint slide to match the first shape selected. You can also stretch shapes to fill space between objects in PowerPoint so that selected shapes meet.

The Stretch PowerPOint Objects features lets you stretch selected objects in PowerPoint, to match the far edge of the first selected object. You can stretch shapes to match the left or right hand side of first selected shape. You can also stretch shapes to fill the gap between the shapes so that they meet.

The feature is useful when you have a PowerPoint slide with shapes of different sizes, but you need them to align to a common start or end point (e.g., this feature is great when making PowerPoint Gantt chart diagrams, where workstreams start at different points but all end on the same date).

There are separate feature buttons on PPT Productivity's Format Toolbar (which can also be assigned custom shortcut keys). The options include the Stretch shapes in PowerPoint features:

• Stretch left / Extend to left edge: Stretch shapes left stretches the selected shapes to match the left hand boundary of the first selected shape on your PowerPoint slide (so shapes align at the left hand boundary)
• Stretch right / Extend to right edge: Stretch shapes right stretches the selected shapes to match the right hand boundary of the first selected shape on your PowerPoint slide (so shapes align at the right hand boundary)
• Stretch top: Stretch shapes top stretches the selected shapes to match the top boundary of the first selected shape on your PowerPoint slide (stretch up, so the shapes align at the top boundary)
• Stretch bottom: Stretches shapes bottom stretches the selected shapes to match the bottom boundary of the first selected shape on your PowerPoint slide (stretch down, so the shapes align at the bottom boundary)

There are also Stretch shapes to Fill gaps features - these buttons increase the size of selected shapes to remove any gap between the shapes:

• Fill left: Stretches the selected shapes to match the right most boundary of the first selected shape on your PowerPoint slide (so the shapes meet)
• Fill right: Stretches the selected shapes to match the left most boundary of the first selected shape on your PowerPoint slide (so the shapes meet)
• Fill top: Stretches the selected shapes upwards to match the bottom most boundary of the first selected shape on your PowerPoint slide (so the shapes meet)
• Fill bottom: Stretches the selected shapes downwards to match the top most boundary of the first selected shape on your PowerPoint slide (so the shapes meet)

Stretch Shape feature also works for a single shape. If you sekect a single shape, it toggles the shape to the No Fly Zone, then the slide edge and back.

Toggle line or border style or thickness easily for lines or shapes on your PowerPoint slide.

Change the weight of the outline of PowerPoint shapes easily, or change the style in a click using PPT Productivity add-ins Toggle line weight and style features. The add-in has three great features to quickly change PowerPoint borders or outlines:

• Border type: Toggle line or PowerPoint border type between six common styles - Solid Line, Long Dash, Short Dash, Dots, Square Dots, or Dash-Dots
• Border Heavier: Toggle feature lets you progressively increase the weight of the shapes outline to a thicker border
• Border Lighter: Toggle feature lets you progressively decrease the weight of the shapes outline to a finer border

Quickly change margins in PowerPoint Text Boxes and Table Cell margins, using PPT Productivity's PowerPoint Change Margins Toggle feature. Choose from Normal, None, Narrow and Wide margins.

In standard PowerPoint, margin settings are each controlled separately for left, right, top and bottom. Accessing the standard PowerPoint margin settings is via right click > Format Shape and adjusting each value. This can be 6 or more clicks, plus multiple attempts to choose your preferred margins.
