Merge text from two or more text boxes or shapes on your PowerPoint slide in a single click.
The Merge Shapes feature lets you combine shapes in PowerPoint. The feature combines text from the selected text boxes or shapes. Text will be merged into the first selected text box.
All PPT Productivity features can be used via the Customizable Shortcut Keys for PowerPoint feature.
You can update the shortcut keys to any preferred available combination, but to get you started we have set up the following PPT Productivity shortcut to merge text from multiple shapes into one: Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Add
