PPT Productivity's Copy Paste Position Multiple Shapes for PowerPoint lets you quickly copy and paste the position of multiple shapes. The feature applies location of shapes based on the order selected when copying.

The Copy Paste Position Multiple Shapes feature is great when you're reviewing slides and need to update graphics composed of multiple shapes, across multiple slides. Note that this feature is a variant of the Copy, Paste position size feature - when you select multiple shapes to copy and paste, the feature will not change the size (allowing you to reposition shapes of various sizes).

Simply select a sequence of shapes in order (Eg from left to right) and select either the Remember Position feature from the Position group on the Format Toolbar, or the Ctrl + 1 shortcut. Next, select the shapes you want to reposition (select them in the order that relates to how you selected shapes to copy as the feature remembers the position based on order).

Click the Set Position feature button from the Position group on the Format Toolbar, or the Ctrl + 2 shortcut to paste.
