Check your PowerPoint presentation formatting with this handy feature. The Check Formatting feature reviews your PowerPoint presentation to identify issues to fix.

The Check formatting feature looks at:

• Color Palette theme: Check for use of the color palette associated with your PowerPoint Template and identifies instances of color scheme mismatch where colors other than your Template theme colors have been used
• Bullet size: Checks for the use of the bullet points aligned with the Template and identifies non conforming bullet points
• Table cell margins: Checks for the consistency of Table margins and identifies variations

The Check Formatting feature identifies inconsistencies and provides the option to auto fix, review or ignore. If you select review, you will be navigated to each instance to then fix or ignore.

Review your presentation for inconsistent fonts and correct in a single click.

PPT Productivity's Proofing tools make it easy to refine your presentation. The PowerPoint font fixer feature reviews your presentation and identifies the use of fonts. You can then click to correct or choose to review each instance of font use. The font fixer shows the instances of use of different font types and sizes - specifically:

• Font types: Checks for the use of the font types in the PowerPoint presentation compared with the fonts specified in the Template and identifies non-conforming font types
• Font size: Checks for the font size used throughout the presentation compared against the specified acceptable minimum and maximum font sizes

The Check Fonts feature identifies all instances of fonts and provides the option to auto fix, review or ignore. If you select review, you will be navigated to each instance with the option to fix or ignore.

Quickly remove multiple slide masters in PowerPoint and any unused slide masters, to reduce the file size.

PowerPoint Slide Masters often comprise a large portion of the file size. Marketing teams often create Templates with a large number of Slide Masters to ensure brand compliance for every variation of slide layout. Once you finish a presentation you can reduce the file size by deleting unused Slide Masters, but it is usually a time consuming task.

PPT Productivity's Slide Masters Review feature runs a check of your presentation and identifies multiple slide masters and unused slide masters. You can then choose to retain or delete the extra slide masters.

Removing multiple slide masters is the best way to reduce your file size without needing to change your actual presentation content.

Review your presentation for shape and text outside the slide boundaries and outside the No Fly Zone

PPT Productivity's Proofing tools features include the Slide Layout Check. The Check Layout feature reviews your PowerPoint presentation and flags for your review any slides with text or objects outside the slide boundaries. There's also an option to flag for review any slides with text or objects outside your specified No Fly Zone.

PowerPoint lets you add text or shapes to slides and move them outside the slide boundaries. This is helpful while you're editing your slides, but can cause issues when finalizing your presentation. Objects in PowerPoint outside the slide boundaries remain in the presentation file even though they are not visible when printing or presenting. When you opt to review against your No Fly Zone, the Check Layout feature flags any items outside the perimeter you have specified.

The feature will return a list of objects to review - you can choose for each object to delete, or to relocate them to within the slide boundaries.

Quickly review your document for mis formatted Slide Titles, animations, hidden shapes, hidden slides and more

PPT Productivity's PowerPoint Proofing tools features include the Check Content Feature. This feature runs a scan of your document and identifies:

• Misformatted Slide Titles: Identifies any Slide Titles in your PowerPoint presentation that do not match the font type and height specified in your settings
• Animations: Identifies any animations in the presentation, so you can determine whether to remove or retain them
• Hidden shapes: Identifies any hidden shapes in the presentation, so you can choose to remove or retain them
• Hidden slides: Identifies any hidden slides in the presentation, so you can determine whether to unhide or remove them
• Sticky Notes: If you have used PPT Productivity's Sticky Notes feature while preparing your PowerPoint slides, you can check to ensure all sticky notes have been deleted before finalizing your presentation
• Status Stamps: If you have used PPT Productivity's Status Stamps feature while preparing your PowerPoint slides, you can check to ensure all sticky notes have been deleted before finalizing your presentation

The Check Content for PowerPoint feature gives you the option to auto-fix slide titles, animations, sticky notes and status stamps in a single click. For Hidden Shapes and Hidden Slides, the feature will show you each instance so you can review and determine the best way to fix.

PPT Productivity's PowerPoint Proofing tools features include the Check & Reduce File Size feature. This feature lets you quickly identify opportunties to reduce your PowerPoint file size. The feature looks at:

• Unused slide layouts: Identifies any unused slide layouts that could be removed
• Multiple slide masters: Identifies where there are multiple PowerPoint slide masters that could be removed
• Large images: Feature shows where large images are in your PowerPoint presentation and the image sizes, so you can choose to compress
• Audio/ Video: Identifies all audio and video files in the PowerPoint presentation and the sizes of each so you can determine whether to retain, compress or remove
