You can share your Slide Library for PowerPoint Personal Libraries with others, or organize your shapes and slides into separate Slide Library folders/ groups.

PPT Productivity provides two options for collaboration with the Slide Library. You can either export a Slide Library file to share it with selected colleagues, or you can create a the Team Slide Library to share across a team or enterprise.

For the Team Slide Library option please refer to the Team Slide Library overview. To export your own Slide Library of saved shapes, objects and layouts to share with colleagues or to clone a Library file for changes: from the Library toolbar "Actions..." menu click "Export Personal Library to a new library..."

Create and select a new library (gallery) folder in C:\Users\Public\Documents\PPT Productivity. The name of the folder becomes the Library name.

The new Library can now be used separately or shared with colleagues as a Team Slide Library.
