PPT Productivity addin can be configured based on your organization's brand standards, or your personal preferences.

Following is the list of customizations that you can configure, to customize your PPT Productivity experience:

• Main Ribbon Display: Choose to hide features you don't use on the Main PPT Productivity Ribbon and/ or rearrange the sequence of features on the ribbon - to do this, right click on the PPT Productivity Ribbon and choose 'Customize'
• Format Toolbar Display: Choose to hide features on the Format Toolbar that you don't expect to use, or rearrange the groups - to do this, right click on the Format Toolbar and select from the 'Move', 'Hide', or 'Show' options
• Color Toolbar: Specify custom colors to show on the Color Toolbar. Via the Settings you can choose whether or not to display the standard PowerPoint palette, plus options to display shades and tints and additional custom colors
• Template Locations: Map PowerPoint template locations for your preferred default template via the Settings menu options
• Slide Title font size: Specify a preferred PowerPoint Slide title font sizevia the Settings menu options
• Bullets/ Paragraph Styles: Specify up to 9 different PowerPoint Paragraph Styles (which can include bullets, general text and more) for easy reuse across your presentations. Styles can be set up from the Settings menu but we also recommend watching the Add Paragraph Styles feature video
• Cell Margins: specify a default margin for PowerPoint text boxes and table cells via the Settings menu options
• Harvey Balls Color: Specify your preferred default color for Harvey Balls via the Settings menu options
• Status Indicator Colors: Specify your preferred default color for Status indicators via the Settings menu options
• Hand Drawn Circles Colors: Specify your preferred default color for Hand Drawn Circles via the Settings menu options
• Stamps: Customize the wording, color and position of up to 8 Status stamps via the Settings menu options
• Sticky notes: Customize the color, font, font size and author initials display for Sticky notesvia the Settings menu options

PPT Productivity addin has an option for Dark Mode display - perfect when working at night, to complement the PowerPoint Dark Mode options.

PPT Productivity's Dark Mode display option changes the color settings of all PPT Productivity features in PowerPoint, to be consistent with the Microsoft Office Dark Mode display option that is available in PowerPoint.

Dark Mode will not impact your PowerPoint presentation - it changes the background colors of the PPT Productivity Ribbon, Toolbars and most pop-up menu boxes.

PPT Productivity's Dark Mode option turns on automatically when you update your PowerPoint Office Theme setting to Black or Dark Grey. Turn on PowerPoint Dark Mode by selecting File > Account in PowerPoint, then updating the Office Theme to Black Mode or Dark Grey.

To turn off PowerPoint Dark Mode, simply go to File > Account and update the Office Theme to your default preference - either Colorful, White or the Use System Settings option.
