PPT Productivity makes the standard PowerPoint Crop Image feature available for faster single click access from the PPT Productivity ribbon.
Crop Image is a standard PowerPoint feature, but it is included on the PPT Productivity ribbon to give you faster access. Otherwise you need to right click on your shape, then scroll down to select Crop. The Crop image PowerPoint feature lets you cut any edges of the image that you want to remove. You can adjust each side of your shape separately.
Productivity TipRemember that the cropped areas of images can still be accessed by another user of the document unless you also delete the cropped areas. Use compress images to delete cropped areas to permanently remove the cropped content.
Shortcut KeysAll PPT Productivity features can be used via the Customizable Shortcut Keys for PowerPoint feature. You can add a shortcut key for Crop, for even fasted access to the feature.
