The Corporate Gallery lets you create a library of reusable standardized slides, images and objects for sharing with team members or your entire company. Think of the Slide Library Toolbar as your access point to find shapes or slides you have saved. Galleries are the groups of shapes and slides. Corporate Galleries are hosted on a share drive in your organization so team members can all access them.
Great for sharing slides for reuse, logos, endorsed images and more. You can create multiple shared galleries and switch between them (for example when working on separate projects or for different clients or business units). All Galleries are accessed via the Slide Library.
The Slide Library toolbar displays in PowerPoint to the right of the screen and enables you to search by object name or thumbnail previews. The auto sync capability lets you publish to a single central location (internal or cloud shared drive) and auto-distribute updates to all users.
Corporate Gallery files stay hosted within your organization - you can use this feature without your files needing to be externally hosted. The Corporate Gallery files need to be stored on a share drive which Users can replicate locally. Users then replicate/ download the Corporate Gallery, which enables them to continue using it offline.
The Corporate Gallery feature is similar to the Microsoft SharePoint Slide Library that is no longer available (Microsoft decommissioned SharePoint Slide Library from SharePoint 2016).
