What is Power Tools by PPT Productivity?

• Customizable PowerPoint shortcuts: You can create new PowerPoint shortcuts or re-map existing shortcuts to combinations you find easier to remember (or easier to reach!).
• Agenda Wizard: Create and update PowerPoint Agenda, Table of Contents and Divider slides easily via the Agenda Wizard in Power Tools.
• Proofing Tools: Check your presentation quickly for a large errors and inconsistencies, including inconsistent fonts, inconsistent lines and outlines, large images or unused slide masters that are inflating file size, punctuation and language (Proofing tools will find things like where a double quote is missing, let you choose a consistency preference of period or no periods for bullet points, etc). And much more. Proofing tools makes final deck reviews easy. You can choose to auto fix, review or ignore the issues identified in the check. There is an option to check selected slides, or check entire PowerPoint presentations for formatting inconsistencies.
• The Format Toolbar: The Power Tools Format toolbar has a load of timesaving feature buttons to align, space, nudge, scale, magic paint and more.
• Template Manager: Make it easy to find and use your PowerPoint templates, even when stored across multiple locations on your PC and network
• Table Tools: Features to optimize PowerPoint table column widths, format tables, convert tables to text boxes and text boxes to tables, import from Excel into PowerPoint table formats and more
• Paragraph Styles
