Easily search and find PowerPoint keyboard shortcuts by clicking Shortcut keys > Manage Shortcut keys mapping.
How to find all the PowerPoint shortcuts? Standard PowerPoint doesn't have a search feature to lookup shortcuts, but PPT Productivity add-in has a PowerPoint Shortcuts Search feature. Once you open the Manage Shortcut keys popup, simply click any shortcut combination in the assigned shortcut field to display only which shortcut commands contain those keys.
You can also search by PowerPoint feature name, to find the shortcut key combination (if you know the name of the PowerPoint feature).
For example - enter Superscript in the Command name field and the results panel will display the Superscript keyboard shortcut for PowerPoint, which is CTRL+. Highlight and Select an item to then delete, assign or reassign a keyboard shortcut.
Productivity TipFind it hard to remember a shortcut you'd like to use frequently? Make it easier to remember! You can change a PowerPoint Shortcut or add new Shortcuts. You can even add a PowerPoint shortcut key for search, to search the shortcuts list. To do this, shift + click on the Manage Shortcut keys mapping and select a shortcut key combination.
