The Increase and Decrease Font size for PowerPoint features increase or decrease selected text by 2 points per click
This replicates a standard PowerPoint feature, to make it quickly available from the PPT Productivity Ribbon. It enables you to nudge text to be larger or smaller in your selected text box or shape.
Productivity TipThe increase/ decreas font size feature is great for fixing font sizes as you work. But if you need to update a large amount of font throughout your PowerPoint presentation, we recommend using the Replace Fonts feature, which lets you select fonts in your presentation based on style and/or size and make bulk updates.
