Compress selected or all images in your PowerPoint presentation, to reduce file size. Make your PowerPoint file smaller for easier emailing by compressing the size and deleting cropped area of images.
Compress PowerPoint presentations using the Compress Image size feature. Feature includes options to compress to sizes recommended for Print, Screen or Email.
This timesaving powerpoint compressor also has an option to delete cropped areas of any selected images. This further reduces the file size and prevents other document users from accessing the cropped area of images.
Compress Image is a standard PowerPoint feature, but it is included on the PPT Productivity ribbon to give you faster access. Otherwise you need to click on your image, then navigate to the Picture Format tab on the ribbon, then click the Compress Pictures button.
Productivity TipIf you need to make your file size smaller, deleting un-used slide layouts from your presentation's template also helps to reduce PowerPoint file size (some companies have very large template files, aka .potx files).
PPT Productivity's new Proofing Tools features include the Reduce file size feature. This lets you delete all unusued slide layouts in PowerPoint in a couple of clicks.
