Synchronize Team Slide Libraries

Each PPT Productivity user can configure their Team Slide Library to replicate (download updated version from the master file) on a regular basis.
The Slide Library has been designed so that users can download as many Slide Library files as required, making them always available (especially when offline for travel).
The Team Slide Library files are downloaded to users' machines but can be easily set to replicate or synchronize. This is a simple process - Navigate to Settings > Library - Corporate on the toolbar and enter the folder location for the Team Slide Libraries.
All subfolders will then replicate on a regular basis, so a downloaded version is available for disconnected work, but updates are always available to users. All team members seeking to use the Team Slide Libraries can configure these settings in their PPT Productivity toolbar settings.
