PPT Productivity PowerPoint add-in has 200+ time saving features. The Agenda Wizard feature makes it easy to create and update an agenda slide in powerpoint presentations.

Choose from repeating agenda slides or a main agenda with divider slides. Add numbering and create a table of contents slide using the Agenda feature for PowerPoint. Hyperlink from your agenda slide to each section. PPT Productivity lets you make your PowerPoint agenda slides quickly.

The Wizard provides agenda slide templates, table of contents slide templates and divider slide templates for you to choose from. Or you can create your own agenda slide template or table of contents template for PowerPoint and save it for easy reuse.

Create your agenda slides in PowerPoint using PPT Productivity's Agenda Wizard feature. Automatic agenda in PowerPoint.

How to create an agenda slide in PowerPoint? PPT Productivity's Agenda Wizard makes it easy. The agenda and divider slides (aka flysheets or section slides) are automatically generated. Each agenda slide or divider will dynamically update when one of the group is updated.
To create an agenda page simply click the Agenda Wizard button and customize based on your preferences:
- Items: Enter your agenda items (import them from a slide, your clipboard, or key them in)
- Dividers?: Select whether you prefer a single agenda slide at the front (e.g table of contents) or agenda with section dividers
- Divider style: For agenda with section dividers, select whether section dividers repeat the full agenda (with relevant section highlighted) or show only the specific agenda item or section name
- Choose a layout: Select from the Powerpoint Agenda slide template layout options and color preferences
- Layout options: Select from options including a cover page, inclusion of slide numbers on the agenda slide and use of section numbers
- Done! Click Create and your agenda is ready
The Agenda Wizard gives you the option to use PowerPoint sections to manage the content, or to create the agenda without PowerPoint sections. When using PowerPoint Sections to create your Agenda, each agenda item (and its related slides) is created as separate sections.
If you already have a presentation with PowerPoint sections, the Agenda Wizard can import the Section names to create the Agenda.

Update Agenda Slides

PPT Productivity's PowerPoint Agenda Wizard lets you easily update your PowerPoint agenda from any agenda slide, or from the Agenda feature.

When you press the update button, any updates are dynamically applied to the relevant agenda slides (the table of contents or first agenda slide and any divider / section title/ flysheet slides you have chosen to include). PowerPoint Agenda slides can be quickly updated using the PPT Productivity Agenda Wizard feature.
Rearrange PowerPoint agenda items easily using the arrow buttons to move agenda rows up or down, or indent to create agenda sub topics. Alternatively you can also update the agenda by editing one of the agenda slides, or by moving slides in your deck (and the corresponding section slides).

When moving agenda items in your PowerPoint presentation, the corresponding sections for the agenda items moved will be re-ordered accordingly in the presentation once you press the update button on the Agenda Wizard feature. The relevant divider slides and content for the section will be moved forward or backward in the pack as per the updated agenda.
Slide numbering will also be automatically updated on the slides and in the agenda. PPT Productivity makes it easy to create and update a presentation agenda slide.

Productivity Tip

Note that this video shows an example of updating an Agenda when using PowerPoint Sections, but the Agenda Wizard also works for presentations that do not use Sections.

PPT Productivity's feature lets you easily create and insert your agenda with slide numbers. This means it can also be used as a table of contents for your PowerPoint presentation. What if you need to add or delete slides or rearrange the sequence of your agenda? No problem - the agenda slide numbering shown on each agenda slide will dynamically update when you press the Update button.

Productivity Tip

You can show numbering of selected Agenda items only if preferred - there's a skip numbering checkbox beside each agenda item in the Agenda Wizard.

Navigate via Agenda

Wondering how to link slides in PowerPoint for your Agenda? Add hyperlinks to each item of your PowerPoint agenda slide so you can click through to specific sections in your presentation.

PPT Productivity's PowerPoint Agenda Wizard feature lets you create Agenda slides in PowerPoint with embedded hyperlinks. Simply click on the relevant agenda item and you will be taken to the corresponding section in your PowerPoint presentation.
Inserting hyperlinks in PowerPoint is easy with the Agenda Wizard feature. The PPT Productivity Agenda feature automatically adds the hyperlinks to the agenda when it is created. Navigate easily through your documents by using the agenda feature.
Hyperlinks on the agenda slides tell PowerPoint to link to a specific slide when you click on the agenda or table of contents. Hyperlinks are linking to the specific sections, so the hyperlinks will continue to work even if you add or delete slides or rearrange agenda items.

Quickly create a PowerPoint Table of Contents slide with PPT Productivity's PowerPoint Agenda Wizard feature. You can quickly create a PowerPoint Contents page with slide numbers and hyperlinks. Choose from table of contents template layout options that automatically apply your PowerPoint template theme colors.

PPT Productivity's Agenda Wizard feature lets you quickly create a Table of Contents slide for PowerPoint, with the option to include slide numbers. You can choose to include hyperlinks on your table of contents slides, making it easy to navigate to each section of your PowerPoint presentation.
The PowerPoint Table of Contents slides can be used along with divider slides (aka seperator slides or flysheets), or separately. The Table of Contents page option refers to a page only displayed at the front of the document. Divider slides / seperator slides appear throughout the document.
To insert Table of Contents page in PowerPoint, simply select the Agenda Wizard feature. The Agenda Wizard will provide options for Table of Contents slide, including showing page numbers, contents template layout options, including divider slides, hyperlinks (hyperlinks mean your table of contents links to slides in your presentation by clicking on the contents) and more.
Choose from the Table of Contents templates provided or create your own template and save for easy reuse. Simply select your preferred options in the Agenda Wizard and your Table of Contents PowerPoint slide is ready to use. Once you generate your Table of Contents you can continue to make changes to your PowerPoint presentation - just click the Agenda Wizard Update button to update the Table of Contents automatically with your changes.

Import Agenda Items

PPT Productivity's PowerPoint Agenda Wizard feature makes it easy to add Agenda slides to your PowerPoint presentation. You can import the Agenda content and quickly create your Agenda, or key in the Agenda items.

PPT Productivity's PowerPoint Agenda Wizard lets you import your Agenda items from a number of sources to quickly create your Agenda. You can import from:
- An existing slide: if you've planned the storyline for your deck on a slide and want to convert it to agenda and divider slides, simply import the slide to the Agenda Wizard
- Clipboard saved text: Perhaps someone emailed you the meeting agenda? Copy text from email or any other application and import using the Agenda Wizard
- PowerPoint Section Names: If your document uses PowerPoint sections and you have already named each section, the Agenda Wizard can import PowerPoint section names
- Slide titles: If you're adding an Agenda slide to an existing presentation, you can import Slide Titles to create your agenda
Simply select to Import Source in the Agenda Wizard, choose your source from the list and click ok. Your imported Agenda items will display in the Wizard. Note that you can update/ customize the text before finalizing.
