PPT Productivity PowerPoint add-in has 180+ time saving features. The Agenda Wizard feature makes it easy to create and update an agenda slide in powerpoint presentations.

Choose from repeating agenda slides or a main agenda with divider slides. Add numbering and create a table of contents slide using the Agenda feature for PowerPoint. Hyperlink from your agenda slide to each section. PPT Productivity lets you make your PowerPoint agenda slides quickly.

The Wizard provides agenda slide templates, table of contents slide templates and divider slide templates for you to choose from. Or you can create your own agenda slide template or table of contents template for PowerPoint and save it for easy reuse.

Note - the PowerPoint Agenda Wizard feature is a new feature, due for release later in 2022. When released the Agenda Wizard will be made available to new and existing PPT Productivity Power Tools users including those using the free trial at the time of release.

    PPT Productivity's new PowerPoint Agenda Wizard feature will be released later in 2022.

    How to create an agenda slide in PowerPoint? PPT Productivity's Agenda Wizard makes it easy. The agenda and divider slides (aka flysheets or section slides) are automatically generated. Each agenda slide or divider will dynamically update when one of the group is updated.

    To create an agenda page simply click the Agenda Wizard button and customize based on your preferences:

    • Enter your agenda items
    • Select whether you prefer a single agenda slide at the front (e.g table of contents) or agenda with section dividers
    • For agenda with section dividers, select whether section dividers repeat the full agenda (with relevant section highlighted) or show only the specific agenda item or section name
    • Select from the Powerpoint Agenda slide template layout options and color preferences
    • Select from options including a cover page, inclusion of slide numbers on the agenda slide and use of section numbers
    • Click Create and your agenda is ready!

    The Agenda Wizard gives you the option to use PowerPoint sections to manage the content, or to create the agenda without PowerPoint sections. When using PowerPoint Sections to create your Agenda, each agenda item (and its related slides) is created as seperate sections.

    If you already have a presentation with PowerPoint sections, the Agenda Wizard can import the Section names to create the Agenda!

    Productivity Tip

    PPT Productivity's new Agenda Wizard feature lets you quickly create and update PowerPoint Agenda Slides, PowerPoint Table of Contents Slides and PowerPoint Divider Slides. The PPT Productivity agenda feature is scheduled for released later in 2022.
